It’s critical to connect the different facets of your life to find out what you need more of, less of, and what can stay the same, to uncover the healthiest version of yourself. Together, we will discuss concerns specific to you, explore sustainable changes you can achieve, and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
Twice per month, we’ll hop on a call to determine your needs and create holistic plan for better health. I’ll listen to your concerns, guide you through challenges, and cheer you on!
You’ll receive general, helpful materials on maintaining your health, plus customized handouts with resources, steps, and goals specific to your holistic health plan.
Between sessions, you can always reach out via email. I’ll be on standby to listen to any concerns and walk you through any issues that may arise during your journey.

Why holistic health coaching is different.
No, I don’t use incense, crystals, and other new age materials. There’s nothing wrong with those things, but in this case, “holistic” simply means that we’ll approach your health as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. I believe that all of those elements (your diet, your physical fitness, and your emotional state) are critical to well-being, so I’m committed to finding balance in each of those things, to develop a healthier, happier, more productive you.
