A healthy balance
means your balance.
And I’ll help you find it. Everyone is different—from body type to relationships to stress levels. That’s why I offer “holistic health & nutrition coaching”. It’s critical to connect the different facets of your life to find out what you need more of, less of, and what can stay the same, to uncover the healthiest version of yourself. Together, we will discuss concerns specific to you, explore sustainable changes you can achieve, and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
Each week, we’ll hop on a call to determine your needs and create holistic plan for better health. I’ll listen to your concerns, guide you through challenges, and cheer you on!
You’ll receive helpful materials on maintaining your health, plus customized handouts with resources, action steps, and measurable goals specific to your holistic health plan.
Between sessions, you can always reach out via email, your digital portal or voice app. I’ll be on standby to listen to any concerns and walk you through any issues that may arise during your journey.
Ready for a balanced life?
Why holistic health coaching is different.
No, I don’t use incense, crystals, and other new-age materials. There’s nothing wrong with those things, but in this case, “holistic” simply means that we’ll approach your health as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. I believe that all of those elements (your diet, your physical fitness, and your emotional state) are critical to well-being, so I’m committed to finding balance in each of those things, to develop a healthier, happier, more productive you.
You should try health coaching if:
After working with several different personal trainers over the past 10 years, it was refreshing to finally get to work out with a professional like Chris. He is unique in his approach by providing clients with a customized exercise routine combined with a well balanced and comprehensive nutritional plan that makes total sense and is easy to follow!
Chris gets to know his clients on a personal level to understand what drives and motivates (or demotivates) them which is one of his best qualities. Over the past two years, he has not only become a good friend of mine but someone I rely on not just for personal training but as my “life” coach for getting through the “day to day” trials and tribulations.
